Do free users get a worse AI?
No. Free users get the same top-tier model as Pro, with 3 messages a day. Pro removes the limit; it doesn't upgrade the brain.
What exactly are Leo's "write actions"?
Anything that changes your data from chat: creating and managing reminders, building a full vaccination plan, logging past events, preparing a shareable vet-visit briefing, and editing what Leo remembers about your pets. Leo always confirms before saving anything.
Is emergency help really free?
Yes, always, for everyone. Emergency detection runs before the AI and is never limited, metered or paywalled.
How does household sharing work?
Pro households share pets with a 6-letter invite code. Everyone sees the same records and reminders on their own phones, kept in sync.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
Cancel any time through your app-store subscription settings. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period, then your data is erased server-side. The flow is built to support the erasure rights set out in GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
