Meet Leo

An AI that knows your pet, not pets in general.

Leo lives inside Maggie. He answers with your dog's breed, age, weight, conditions, history and region woven in, and he checks your actual records before he speaks.

Knows your pet

Bruno's been scratching a lot. Should I worry?
Leo A few things stand out from Bruno's file. He has the chicken allergy you logged in March, and Labradors his age often get dry skin as seasons turn. His flea cover also lapsed last week. Did anything change in his food or treats recently?

Answers built on Bruno's own records, breed and age, ending with the question a good vet would ask next.

Emergencies, instantly

My dog just ate a bar of dark chocolate
Emergency Act now, while you head for help:
  1. Note roughly how much he ate, and when.
  2. Do not make him vomit unless a professional tells you to.
  3. Call right away.
Your vet: Dr. Rao (emergency)
ASPCA Poison Control: 888-426-4435

Detected instantly, before any AI runs. Tuned to err towards flagging, with your own vet and the right poison line for your region.

Your records, read back exactly

What vaccines has Mango had?
Leo From Mango's records:
Rabies · May 12, 2026
7-in-1 (DHPPi + L) · Mar 3, 2026
Kennel cough · Jan 18, 2026

Read from your records, not generated. No model sits between you and your data.

"Leo isn't a vet, and he knows it. He never diagnoses, never prescribes, and tells you when it's time to see a real one."

The risk profile

Tick season doesn't start on the same day everywhere.

Maggie combines where you live, the month on the calendar, your dog's breed and age, and their real dose history into a living risk profile. Vet-reviewed data, not AI guesses.

It's seasonal

Leptospirosis risk is high in coastal Mumbai this month. The profile shows what is active now, and when the next seasonal shift comes.

It's personal
Piku · Pug Heat alert Flat-faced breeds struggle to cool down. Avoid midday walks this week.
Storm · Husky Heat alert Double coats hold heat. Watch for heavy panting on warm afternoons.

Alerts select themselves by breed and age. A generic dog only sees all-dogs content.

It's live
Bruno · Leptospirosis
7-in-1 lapsed on Jun 17
Unprotected 47 days
Log a dose Add to schedule Ask Leo

Coverage computed from doses you actually logged, in antigen space, so a 7-in-1 shot counts for everything it covers.

"When Maggie doesn't know enough, she says less. Country-only location gets country-safe advice, and incomplete dose history gets no coverage verdict at all."

Zone-level risk profiles at launch: United States, United Kingdom, India. Everywhere else gets honest general guidance, with more regions on the way.

The Maggie app

Everything about their health, in one place.

Offline-first on iOS and Android. Log at the clinic with no signal; it syncs when you're back, to everyone in the household.

  • Health records and timeline

Vaccines with lot numbers, vet visits, meds, concerns with journal threads, notes and photos. Every pet's story reads as one thread.

  • Smart reminders

Timezone-aware care schedules with lead time. A 5pm feed follows you across time zones; a due date fires on the right local day.

  • Weight and body condition

Trend charts with a WSAVA body score and a plain verdict: under, ideal or over, with the ideal range drawn in.

  • Wellness plans

Structured exercise and feeding templates computed from your dog's real numbers, with safety gates first. When the data says see a vet, Maggie refuses to guess.

  • Vaccination tracking

Full schedules, missed doses surfaced, and protection counted in antigen space, so combination shots count for everything they cover.

  • Household sharing

One 6-letter code brings the family in. Everyone sees the same records and reminders, on their own phones.

  • Pet passport

A shareable ID card of your dog's essentials, exported as an image for sitters, kennels and travel.

  • Pet tools

Feeding calculator, growth meter, human-age and ideal-weight tools, grounded in WSAVA calorie math.

Up and running in minutes.

  1. Add your pets

A 7-step guided setup, no sign-in needed to start. Breed picker, birthday, photo, and sensible care defaults seeded for you.

  2. Log life as it happens

Vaccines, weights, meds, grooming, notes and photos in a couple of taps.

No signal at the clinic? It syncs later.

  3. Ask Leo anything

Health, behaviour, nutrition, or "what's due?". Say "what can you do?" and pick from tappable options.

Safety & trust

Careful by design, not by disclaimer.

Never diagnoses, by design

Output checks block diagnosis-shaped or verdict-shaped replies before you ever see them.

Clinical content goes through vet review

Regional risk calendars are vet-approved today. Anything still in review is labelled as draft guidance inside the app, never passed off as signed off.

Emergencies bypass the AI

Rule-based detection runs first on every message. Instant, deterministic, no model in the loop.

Your household only

Every request is authorized server-side. Leo can only ever see pets in your own household.

Named after the real ones
"Maggie is my Labrador. Leo is my Beagle. Everything here started as a way to take better care of them: one place for their records, and a careful companion that knows them. PawzAI is that, built for every dog we love."

Questions, answered plainly.

Who are Maggie and Leo?

The founder's Labrador and Beagle. The app is named after Maggie, the AI companion after Leo. The whole project started as a way to take better care of them.

Is Leo a vet?

No. Leo helps you understand what's going on, keeps your records straight, and helps you ask better questions. He never diagnoses, never prescribes doses, and points you to your vet whenever it matters.

What happens in an emergency?

Emergency messages skip the AI entirely. A rule-based check runs first on every message and returns instant first-aid steps from reviewed data, never model-generated, plus who to call: your own vet and the right poison-control line for your region.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Maggie is offline-first. Log a vaccine at the clinic with no signal and it syncs when you're back. On Pro, sync is server-authoritative with conflict handling, so nothing gets lost.

Who can see my pet's data?

Your household, and only your household. Every request is authorized server-side. Chat transcripts are not kept long-term, and personal details are never written to logs.

Do free users get a worse AI?

No. Free users get the same top-tier model as Pro, with 3 messages a day. Pro removes the limit and adds the write actions, cloud sync, household sharing and photos.

What about cats?

The launch is dog-first. More species are on the roadmap.

Which countries get the zone-level risk profile?

United States, United Kingdom and India at launch, at climate-zone level. Everywhere else gets honest country-level or general guidance, with more regions planned.

Can Maggie put my dog on a diet?

Wellness plans use a fixed set of templates and safe trajectories, computed from your dog's real weight and body-condition records. Severe overweight, underweight, rapid loss and puppy cases are routed to your vet instead of being given a plan. Templates still awaiting vet sign-off are labelled as draft guidance in the app.

How do I delete my data?

Account deletion has a 30-day grace period, then your data is erased server-side. The flow is built to support the erasure rights set out in GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
