Is there a free trial?
No trial clock. The free tier is the trial: full tracking for every pet and Leo every day, for as long as you like. Reminders and records prove themselves over weeks, not in seven days, so we would rather you used Free properly than watched a countdown.
Do free users get a worse AI?
No. Every plan runs the same top-tier model. Free gets 5 answers a day, Plus gets 30, Pro is unlimited. Paying changes how much you can ask, not the brain.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus is for one owner: 30 Leo answers a day, cloud backup and sync across your own devices, and cloud backup of photos and documents (500 MB, files up to 2 MB each). Pro is for a family: unlimited Leo, 5 GB of cloud storage shared by the household (HD photos up to 5 MB, documents up to 10 MB), sharing with co-parents, and Leo's write actions. You hold one plan at a time, and the app store handles switching with proration.
How many pets can I add on Free?
As many as you like, and everything on Free is full, not a sample. Plus and Pro add more Leo answers, cloud backup, and sync across devices. Pro also adds household sharing.
What happens to my photos on Free?
They stay on your phone. Free keeps no cloud copy of photos or documents. Plus and Pro back them up and sync them: Plus backs up files up to 2 MB each within 500 MB of cloud storage, and Pro allows HD photos up to 5 MB and documents up to 10 MB within 5 GB shared by the household.
What exactly are Leo's "write actions"?
Anything that changes your data from chat: creating and managing reminders, building a full vaccination plan, logging past events, preparing a shareable vet-visit briefing, and editing what Leo remembers about your pets. Leo always confirms before saving anything.
Is emergency help really free?
Yes, always, for everyone. Emergency detection runs before the AI and is never limited, metered or paywalled.
How does family sharing work?
Pro families share pets with a 6-letter invite code. Everyone sees the same records and reminders on their own phones, kept in sync.
Where do I see the price?
In the app. Open Maggie and the plan screen shows the exact amount your App Store or Google Play account will be charged, in your own currency, including any offer or discount running at the time. Prices are set for each market rather than converted from one currency, and they change, so we do not print them here where they could go stale and mislead you.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
Cancel any time through your app-store subscription settings. Account deletion has a 30-day grace period, then your data is erased server-side. The flow is built to support the erasure rights set out in GDPR and India's DPDP Act.
